individual therapy

Individual therapy centers your agency and recognizes you as the expert in your own life. Using trauma-informed care, we'll address how systemic oppression impacts mental health - not as personal failings, but as responses to oppressive systems.

Our work will create space to process discrimination and identity-based trauma while celebrating your authentic self. We'll focus on reclaiming your narrative, navigating transitions, and developing tools for anxiety, depression, and minority stress. I provide a shame-free environment to explore sexuality, kink, and relationship structures.

With intersectional awareness, I see your identities as interconnected - whether you're navigating race and queerness, disability and trans identity, or other marginalized identities. I see you in your wholeness.

Healing isn't about fixing you. It's about processing what you've survived, reclaiming parts of yourself that oppression tried to diminish, and building the life you deserve. Together, we'll work toward thriving on your terms.

trauma-informed, lgbtq, kink, and consensual non-monogamy affirming and knowledgeable psychotherapeutic services

Psychotherapy provides a healing space to process past experiences and patterns. As the foremost expert in your own life, you bring invaluable insight into your journey. My role is to facilitate a safe, supportive path toward your most authentic and desired self.

Together, we'll build a therapeutic relationship founded on trust, compassion, and authenticity - one that honors your lived experience while I bring trauma-informed clinical expertise to support your growth and healing.

relational therapy

Relationship therapy creates space for partners to navigate intimacy while honoring each person's intersectional identity. Your experiences of race, gender, sexuality, class, ability, and other identities shape how you love, communicate, and connect.

Non-normative relationships (queer, kinky, non-monogamous, etc) offer freedom to design partnerships that reflect your values. Without traditional scripts, you're charting new territory which can be liberating and vulnerable.

We all carry systemic wounds from oppressive systems and attachment wounds from early relationships. These patterns can impact your sense of safety and connection, affecting intimacy in your partnership.

In relationship therapy, we'll explore how your identities intersect within your partnership. We'll honor what you're creating while examining patterns that may limit deeper connection. Together, we'll work toward relationships where all partners feel seen, valued, and authentic - or support respectful transitions when needed.

Through trauma-informed, intersectionally aware care, we'll build communication skills, process relational wounds, navigate transitions, and strengthen your partnership foundation.

[ WHAT IT TAKES TO HEAL: HOW TRANSFORMING OURSELVES CAN CHANGE THE WORLD ]

Our greatest challenge is to not allow our ruptures and breakdowns to become new sites of trauma for one another. We need skills to navigate our conflicts and crises with groundedness apart from the reactivity of our times.
